The Supreme Court
You have been learning about the branches of government and the constitution in Social Studies this year. Today you are going to explore the Supreme Court and your rights as a citizen as you help decide the case against a middle school boy's right to wear his favorite band T-shirt in school. A fashion statement or an expression of his free speech? Listen to the argument and decide!
